Yukon Solid Waste Action Plan 
The Yukon government is modernizing and improving solid waste management practices in the territory through community partnerships, action on the ground, and exploration of future opportunities. The Solid Waste Action Plan further highlights priorities, actions and strategies, taking a Yukon-wide coordinated approach to waste reduction, diversion, disposal and management.

Yukon Solid Waste Review
In 2009 the Yukon government undertook an extensive review of its solid waste operations and public consultation with the objective of modernizing and improving solid waste management in the territory.
