Fees

Corporate Affairs' fees are listed below. Payments can be made in cash, by cheque, Visa, Mastercard, or Interac. GST is not payable on fees. Please note: If there is a difference between information provided on the web and the Statutes of the Yukon, the Acts and Regulations are the authority.

Since all corporate filings require original signatures, documents must be submitted in person or by mail. If you are mailing your documents, please make cheques payable to either "Government of Yukon" or "Yukon Territorial Treasurer". If you are paying by Visa or Mastercard, include the card number, expiry date, and the signature of the cardholder.

To obtain a Personal Property Security Registry search (searching by Business Name, Individual Name, Serial Number or Registration Number), you may fax the information required and include a Visa or Mastercard number, along with the expiry date, and the signature of the cardholder.  You may also use our online service.
