List of Reporting Issuers

The Yukon Securities Office has compiled a list of reporting issuers in Yukon, and will update it weekly (see below).

This Securities Office will not be issuing certificates of no default. A reporting issuer in Yukon will be deemed as not being in default if it is not in default in its principal jurisdiction; does not appear on the Canadian Securities Administrator's list in respect of Cease Trade Orders (to be verified by the inquiror) and does not appear on the list of Reporting Issuers defaulted by the Yukon Securities Office (as indicated in the appropriate column of the list of Reporting Issuers).
