NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF YUKON IMPLEMENTING RULE

Securities Act  S.Y. 2007, c.16  (Notice 2008-1)

Public notice is hereby given that, the Minister, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, has made the following Implementing Rule:

  • Rule 11-801 [182KB ] - Implementation of CSA Instruments  

    • EFFECTIVE DATE: The rule is effective March 17, 2008.

    Securities Act  S.Y. 2007, c.16  (Notice 2008-2)

    Public notice is hereby given that, the Minister, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, has made the following Local Rules:

  • Rule 12-501 [40KB ] - Exemption for Discretionary Exemptions applied for before March 17, 2008 (from provisions not in force in Yukon before March 17, 2008)
  • Rule 15-501 [25KB ] - Exemption of Certain Contracts Issued by Insurance Companies from Yukon Securities Laws
  • Rule 31-501 [30KB ] - Transitional Registration Requirements
  • Rule 55-501 [55KB ] - Insider Trading Reporting

    • EFFECTIVE DATE:  The rules are effective March 17, 2008.
