Driver Control Board

This Cabinet-appointed independent Board supports the balance of public safety and individual rights and responsibilities, by hearing and deciding on appeals for driver licence restrictions and cancellations under the Motor Vehicles Act.

The Board & Council Coordinator provides administrative support to the Board in hearings, follow-up, and administration of the Alcohol Ignition Interlock Program.
