Note: If you are an internationally educated nurse, you should also visit the Yukon IEHP website for additional information.

How to renew your LPN licence in Yukon

LPNs currently working in Yukon must renew their licences every year. The annual deadline is November 30.

Refer to Instructions for Licence Renewal  for more information on the application process and requirements.

After reviewing the above, complete the renewal form, and submit the form, along with the required supporting documents and fee to PLRA.

LPN licence renewals expire on January 31. You should submit your renewal application and all supporting documentation no later than November 30 of the year before. This will ensure we can process your licence before it expires

Submitting an application for renewal of licence does not mean that your licence is automatically renewed. Licences are only renewed after applications are fully reviewed and it is determined that all legislative requirements have been met.
